2015–16 Edition Initial Ordering Window.
The 2015–16 Edition Initial Ordering Window will open Friday, March 20, 2015 and close Friday, April 10, 2015. All districts must submit an Initial Order to receive test materials during the Initial Order test materials shipment window this spring (May through June, 2015). If an order is not submitted during the Initial Ordering Window, the next opportunity to place an Initial Order will be July 1, 2015.
2015–16 Edition Superintendent’s Designation Form.
The window to submit a 2015–16 Edition Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator is now open. In order to receive the 2015–16 Edition Initial Order test materials shipment, submit an authorization request no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2015. Passwords will be reset and sent on July 1, 2015 to the coordinator designated for the 2015–16 Edition.
2015–16 Edition Scoring Training of Trainers (STOT) Workshops.
Registration for STOT statewide workshops is now open. Dates and locations are posted on the Workshop Locations Web page. Registration priority for the 2015–16 STOT workshops will be given to CELDT district trainers who have never attended a STOT workshop. To register for a workshop, log on to the District Portal and select the STOT link.
2014–15 Edition Data Review Module (DRM).
The CELDT 2014–15 Edition DRM will be open for four weeks from Friday, February 20 through Thursday, March 19, 2015. To access the application and to download the 2014–15 Edition DRM Data File Layout and 2014–15 Edition DRM User Guide, log on to the secure District Portal.
2014–15 Edition Pre-Identification Extended Window.
Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) labels are now available year-round. Prices and fees for files submitted during this window and information about providing a new purchase order and the printing schedule are available on the Pre-ID Services Web page.
2014–15 Edition On-Your-Own Shipping.
On-Your-Own Shipping (i.e., districts shipping scorable documents via their own carrier without using the online scorable Request a Pickup application) is not necessary unless the shipping deadlines for the close of the Annual Assessment or Initial Assessment windows are not met (October and June administration months). If the deadline for placing a Request for Pickup for October and/or June is missed, district coordinators may ship test materials using a traceable carrier at the district’s expense.
