If an order is not submitted during the Initial Ordering Window, the next opportunity to place an Initial Order will be July 1, 2015.
2015–16 Edition Initial Order Test Materials.
Initial Order test material shipments will arrive only if your district’s 2015–16 Edition Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator was authorized by Wednesday, April 1, 2015. The delivery window for Initial Order test materials is Monday, May 18 through Monday, June 15, 2015.

Report overages, shortages, or incorrect receipt of materials for your entire district to the CELDT Customer Support Center Tuesday, May 19 through Monday, August 10, 2015.
2015–16 Edition Scoring Training of Trainers (STOT) Workshops.
Registration for STOT statewide workshops is now open. Dates and locations are posted on the Workshop Locations Web page. Registration priority for the 2015–16 STOT workshops will be given to CELDT district trainers who have never attended a STOT workshop. To register for a workshop, log on to the District Portal and select the STOT link.
2015–16 Edition Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) Window.
The 2015–16 Edition Pre-ID Window opens Monday, June 8, 2015. Review the Pre-ID Services Web page for information about purchasing labels and filing submission requirements, and to download the Pre-ID User Guide and Pre-ID Data File Layout.

The Secure Materials Destruction Window is open Thursday, May 21 through Thursday, July 30, 2015. 2014–15 Edition Annual Assessment (AA) Window Summary Reports.
Due to the CALPADS merge process and the later Data Review Module Window, the AA Window Summary Reports will not be shipped to districts until later this summer.
2014–15 Edition On-Your-Own Shipping.
On-Your-Own Shipping (i.e., districts shipping scorable documents via their own carrier without using the online scorable Request a Pickup application) is not necessary unless the shipping deadlines for the close of the Annual Assessment or Initial Assessment windows are not met (October and June administration months). If the deadline for placing a Request for Pickup for October and/or June is missed, district coordinators may ship test materials using a traceable carrier at the district’s expense.
