Updates and Reminders
2014–15 Superintendent’s Designation Form.
The window to submit a 2014–15 Edition Superintendent’s Designation of CELDT District Coordinator form (SDF) is now open. Download the form for your district by logging on to the secure District Portal and selecting the 2014–15 Edition Superintendent's Designation of CELDT District Coordinator form (SDF). In order to receive the 2014–15 Edition Initial Order test materials shipment, submit this form no later than Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Passwords will be reset and sent on July 1, 2014 to the coordinator designated for the 2014–15 Edition. This form must be completed annually.
2014–15 Edition Initial Ordering Window.
The 2014–15 Edition Initial Ordering Window will open Friday, March 7, 2014 and close Thursday, March 27, 2014. All districts must submit an Initial Order to receive test materials during the Initial Order test materials shipment window this spring (May through June, 2014). If an order is not submitted during the Initial Ordering Window, the next opportunity to place an Initial Order will be July 1, 2014.
2014–15 Edition Scoring Training of Trainers (STOT) Workshops.
Registration for statewide workshops will open on Wednesday, February 5, 2014. Dates and locations are posted on the Workshop Locations Web page. Only CELDT District Coordinators may register participants for the workshops through the STOT link within the secure District Portal.
2013–14 Edition Pre-Identification.
Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) labels are available year-round. Prices and fees for files submitted during this window and information about providing a new purchase order and the printing schedule are available on the Pre-ID Services Web page.
2013–14 Edition Post-Data Review Module (DRM) Reports.
Districts may order Post-DRM Student Performance Level Reports that reflect changes made during the DRM Window. To order, download the Optional Services Order Form from the Optional Services Web page.
