2012–13 Edition Pre-Identification Extended Window.
Pre-Identification (Pre-ID) labels are now available year-round. Prices and fees for files submitted during this window and information about providing a new purchase order and the printing schedule, are available on the Pre-ID Services Web page.
On-Your-Own Shipping (i.e., districts shipping scorable documents via their own carrier without using the online scorable Request a Pickup application) is not necessary unless the shipping deadlines for the close of the Annual Assessment or Initial Assessment windows are not met (October and June administration months).
If the deadline for placing a Request for Pickup for October and/or June is missed, district coordinators may ship test materials using a traceable carrier at the district’s expense. See the 2012–13 Edition District and Test Site Coordinator’s Manual Retrieval Schedule for additional information.
